Let’s take it back to Spring of 2016... I was dealing with major gut dysbiosis and leaky gut due to taking the pill, overuse of antibiotics, and popping NSAIDs for terrible headaches, joint pain, and period pain. Every day felt like I was bombarded with a huge whirlwind of symptoms - bloat, chronic yeast infections, swelling, fatigue, inflammation, BV, painful periods, psoriasis, hormonal imbalances, and acne.
I was trying every 30 day quick fix, juice cleanse, and detox tea that I could get my hands on. And none of them worked.
I knew there had to be another way.
I began to pursue my education as a holistic health practitioner and I became fascinated with gut health and hormones.
I learned how to heal my gut in a way that didn’t stress me out or leave me feeling restricted.
